Damn, the odds are not in my favor for jury duty. I only count 3 other black women in here, Sometimes you have to be proud of the things that seem menial. Some years back when I was on a flight to somewhere I realized that I was black, sitting on a place next to a white man, and reading a book. Just think of how man of our people had to die so that I could do that. Happy Black History Month!

This kind of idle sitting is no good for me. Damn, I haven’t teared up m like weeks. Maybe close to a month. I hate jury duty; it’s all its fault!
Thanks to Fantasia’s grandma. I’ll keep the phrase Liquid Prayers close to my heart. I have a lot of those these days.
That Kevin in Let’s Talk About Pep looked like his eyes were swollen shut. He’s tall to be a Kevin. Whenever they showed that shot of the outside of Pep’s building it said Pep and Tom and I kept reading the title as Peeping Tom.
